Formula
We work from your brief or from a base we adjust. Final ingredients depend on the markets you sell into, so we check them against those rules before sampling.
Fragrance
Fragrance can be matched to a reference or developed from a scent description. Some fragrance oils need extra checks for certain markets.
Shape and weight
Custom molds define the bar. Weight is set per project, within what the mold and press allow.
Color and logo
Color is matched to your reference. A logo can be pressed into the bar or printed on the wrapper.

White Label Soap Packaging: Wrappers, Boxes, Labels and Carton Marks
Packaging is made to your artwork. That covers paper wrappers, folding boxes, bottle labels, barcode placement and outer carton marks. You can send finished files, or our team can work from your brand guide and a rough idea.
Where paper packaging is specified as FSC, the certification is confirmed against the specific material for your order. Packaging samples are reviewed before bulk production starts. Your artwork and brand data stay within the project and are not reused for other customers.
Inside a 40,000 m² Soap Factory: 16 Automated Lines and Batch Consistency
The Huizhou plant covers 40,000 square meters, with 16 automated production lines and more than 200 employees. Having sampling and bulk in one plant means the approved sample is the reference for production. You do not have to transfer a formula between sites.
Consistency comes from fixed formulas, controlled batch records and a bulk sample sign-off before mass production. ISO 22716 and GMP practice require batch records, so each lot can be traced to its production data. Inspection happens before shipment, and any variation from the approved sample is handled before the goods leave.
