Formula and fragrance
Tell us the texture you want: dense and rich, or lighter and whipped. We adjust the formula and fragrance to match, and vegan formulas are available. Fragrance choice affects both the sample timeline and the compliance check, so send your target market early.
Color and fill weight
Color, shape and fill weight can be set per style. Weight options depend on the jar or tin you choose, so we usually confirm container and weight together. Each color or style counts as its own MOQ line of 1000 pieces.
Compliance by market
Formula and label requirements differ between the US, the EU, the UK and Gulf countries. We check them case by case for each target market rather than assuming one formula fits all. We do not make organic, all-natural or sensitive-skin claims without test proof for the exact formula.
Formula, scent and weight are agreed at sampling and carried into bulk.

Jars and containers
Jar or tin type and size are chosen with the fill weight. Special containers or accessories can change the MOQ, so confirm this before sampling.

Factory and lines
Production runs under GMP and ISO 22716 systems on 16 automated lines in a 40,000 square meter factory. Mixing, filling and packing follow a recorded process for each formula. Automated filling keeps fill weight steady across a run, and you set the tolerance with us during sampling.
Approval steps
Bulk production starts only after you approve the bulk sample and the packaging. Before shipment we inspect the goods against that approved sample. This covers appearance, fragrance, fill and labeling. We do not promise zero defects, but any deviation from the approved sample is raised with you before the goods leave the factory.
Mass production starts only after the bulk sample is approved.
